		<description>&lt;p&gt;Yes Bill, there are companies like that out there. Not a lot, but then the army (or armies)in general don't behave that way. The most outstanding one is Toyota. Courage, selflessness, risk taking, professionalism, leadership by example, and determination to achieve the objective (both small everyday objectives and the BIG objective) can be seen demonstrated there. I know there are others as well.&lt;br /&gt;
